Digital Guardian to Present at the 2016 RSA Conference

Waltham, Mass. - February 25, 2016 – Digital Guardian, a next generation data protection platform purpose built to stop data theft, today announced that its Senior Vice President of Global Services, Mark Stevens, will be presenting at the 2016 RSA Conference in San Francisco. The conference will take place from February 29 – March 4, 2016 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California.

RSA Conference Session Title: The Gamification of Data Loss Prevention
WHAT: Employees are arguably the point at which sensitive data and systems are at the greatest risk in today’s organizations. What if you could turn those employees into your greatest data protectors in a security game called Data Defenders? This session will teach you how to add gamification (game-design elements applied in non-game contexts) to your existing DLP program—with no extra cost or security resources required.

• Monday, February 29 from 1:30pm-2:15pm PT: Digital Guardian’s President and CEO Ken Levine will participate in the panel “Protection vs. Detection – Where do Enterprises Want to Invest?” at AGC’s 2016 Information Security & Broader Technology Growth Conference. The panel will be guest moderated by Richard Stiennon of TrueBit CyberPartners and, in addition to Ken, will include participation from Ridge Evers, Chief Executive Officer of TrustPipe, Lior Div, Chief Executive Officer of Cybereason, Paul Agbabian, VP at Symantec and Nir Polak, Chief Executive Officer of Exabeam. • Tuesday, March 1 from 2:30 pm PT- 3pm PT: Digital Guardian President and CEO Ken Levine will be delivering a corporate presentation at Pacific Crest’s Annual Emerging Technology Summit. The annual summit features founders and executives from over 300 of the most innovative and transformative companies around the globe to help investors get ahead of the curve and capitalize on the dynamic shifts in SaaS & Data Analytics, Cloud, Security & Infrastructure and Digital Media & Commerce. The session will be held at the Park Central Hotel.
• Wednesday, March 2 from 12pm-1pm PT: Ed Durkin, chief financial officer at Digital Guardian, will be participating in a financial security panel hosted by Cowen and Company. Gregg Moskowitz, Cowen and Company’s lead security analyst will moderate the panel and Ed will be joined by Chad Kinzelberg, Senior Vice President of Business and Corporate Development at Palo Alto Networks, Michael Loria, Vice President, Business and Corporate Development at IBM Security Division, Chip Virnig, Principal, Thoma Bravo and Richard Wells, Managing Director, Insight Venture Partners. The panel will focus on current financial trends in the cybersecurity industry. The panel will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel.
