Ed Durkin brings over thirty years of successful financial, business and corporate development experience to Digital Guardian and will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s rapidly-growing global financial, legal and administrative operations. Before joining Digital Guardian, Durkin was the CFO at Interactions Corporation where he was involved in raising new equity and debt capital and overseeing corporate development activities, including a strategic and large buy-side acquisition. Prior to that, Durkin was CEO and President of Tactical Communications Group, LLC. He also served as CFO at a number of companies including Incipient, Sockeye Networks, Open Market, which was a larger publicly-traded technology company, Radview Software, where he successfully brought the company through its IPO process, and Starburst Communications.

Hansen brings a proven track record of success in strategic account management, customer relationships, building and driving profitable sales teams, and developing and implementing sales strategies targeting Federal government requirements. Before joining Digital Guardian, Hansen was a Director at Intel Security (formerly known as McAfee) where he spent the last eight years growing federal partnerships from a defense and civilian perspective.
