451 Research Weighs in on our Recent Acquisition of Armor5

Last week's announcement of our acquisition of cloud-based secure access provider Armor5 received quite a bit of news coverage, with the story getting picked up by the Boston Business Journal, Xconomy, VentureWire, Beta Boston, the Wall Street Journal Venture Capital Dispatch blog, and more.

Most recently, Garrett Bekker and Adrian Sanabria covered the acquisition in a 451 Research Deal Analysis. Both are Senior Security Analysts at 451, and Garrett also contributed to our 2014 Security Change Agents. 451's take on the story is very positive, concluding that "the ability to provide a uniform enterprise-wide DLP policy that covers all users regardless of their location is compelling, and we would expect others to follow Digital Guardian's path over time."
