Digital Guardian was recognized for our comprehensive data protection platform which includes both Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and endpoint detection and response (EDR) technologies in a single endpoint agent. Our agent is deployed at the kernel level of the endpoint, which provides deeper visibility and allows us to open up the aperture of the agent to include system level data to detect malware and other forms of external attacks. The agent supports not only Windows operating systems, but also Mac OS X and Linux.

We also protect data as it passes through the network via our DG Appliance, which can be deployed as a hardware appliance, soft appliance or virtual appliance. Digital Guardian inspects all network traffic then enforces policies to ensure protection. Policy based actions include: allow, prompt, block, encrypt, reroute, and quarantine.

In addition to the network, we protect data in the cloud through our Cloud Data Protection offering, which is provided via API-style support for some of the most popular data storage and collaboration providers like Box, Citrix Sharefile, Egnyte, OneDrive and Office365.
