Managing Director, Digital Guardian by HelpSystems
On the acquisition of Digital Guardian by HelpSystems in October 2021, Connie was named the Managing Director. In that role she functions as the general manager of the business unit and oversees all functional areas of the data loss prevention business with full P&L responsibility. Connie brings more than twenty five years of global experience in technology to the role, with a specific focus in security, product innovation and operations in high growth companies. Prior to the Managing director role, she was Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Marketing Officer for Digital Guardian and in both roles she ensured the companies products and services meet rapidly-evolving market needs and supported the continued growth of the business.
Connie is a tech veteran, having spent almost 25 years in executive management roles at a series of early- and growth-stage companies in Greater Boston. Prior to joining Digital Guardian in 2013, Connie led global marketing at Veracode (acquired by CA). Applying contemporary tactics and an agile marketing approach, she helped position Veracode as the industry leader in application security. She was also Chief Revenue Officer at search-marketing startup WordStream (acquired by Gannett); CEO of Consumer Finance Advisor; VP of Client Services at Optas (acquired by Dendrite International), and Vice President of Professional Services at Wheelhouse.
Emmanuel Minas
Senior Vice President, Global Services
Emmanuel has more than 22 years of Information Security, Professional Services and Cloud Operations experience. Currently, as Vice President of Global Services, Emmanuel manages the core Services Delivery functions at Digital Guardian: Professional Services, Program Management, Cloud Operations and Cybersecurity Analysts. These teams manage DG’s cloud hosted environments, as well as work closely with customers to onboard them, help them identify and mitigate their data protection risks, and ultimately lead them to achieve their data protection goals.
As the Senior Vice President of Global Professional Services, his responsibilities include the design and implementation of enterprise level solutions and application integrations, managing a skilled Professional Services consulting organization, and servicing global fortune 2000 customers with multi-million dollar revenue streams. Emmanuel possesses strong skills in identifying appropriate technologies, designing cost effective solutions, converting business goals into technology requirements, and managing highly trained engineering professionals by guiding them into achieving the required business objectives in a profitable manner. Emmanuel's extensive Information Security, Professional Services and Cloud Operations experience continues to be pivotal to Digital Guardian’s success in building and maintaining a world class DLP/EDR managed services program.
