Conferences are important events in almost every industry, giving professionals the opportunity to learn about new developments, get valuable insights from leading experts, and network with peers. The ever-changing nature of the information security industry places high demands on professionals to keep up-to-date. We've compiled this list of what we feel are 50 of the top must-attend, educational information security conferences. The following events are not ranked in terms of value or importance, but instead are listed chronologically. Event series with multiple dates and locations are listed at the end.

Please note, this list was originally created in 2015 and we have updated it to reflect 2018 information. For some events, 2018 event information is not yet available, which we've noted.
