The news is out and we couldn’t be happier.
In case you missed it, over the weekend the Boston Globe named Digital Guardian a top place to work in Massachusetts!
If you're not familiar, the Boston Globe annually dedicates an issue of the Boston Globe Magazine to highlighting the most popular places to work in the state. The list, which is driven by employee surveys, recognizes companies based on their direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay and benefits, and engagement.
We're excited to share that DG was not only named to the list for the first time this year but also placed the highest among cybersecurity companies in the medium-sized business category.
For the list, The Boston Globe ranks employers by putting them into one of four groups: small, or companies with 50 to 99 employees; medium, companies with 100 to 249 workers; large, companies with 250 to 999; and largest, companies with 1,000 or more.
The COVID-19 pandemic has made a lot of things clear. One thing is that data security remains paramount for both individuals and businesses. With the amount of data at companies ever-expanding, having a distributed workforce introducing new risks, and recent compliance measures tightening regulations, being able to keep track of data wherever it moves is essential.
Having employees dedicated to ensuring these organizations can keep their data safe in these trying times has helped push both the company and our customers forward.
“We’re blessed with a talented, energetic team whose resolve and dedication has been nothing short of astounding during this unprecedented year,” Mo Rosen, Digital Guardian's Chief Executive Officer said Monday. “Their work doesn’t just preserve the well-being of the businesses we serve, but that of the customers who place their trust in those businesses and rely on their services. Digital Guardian is honored to be named as one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts by The Boston Globe.”
