More than one person editing a document has been the staple of how we work for almost a decade but those features quickly disappear when encryption is applied to any unstructured content.
For our solution, we leverage our partners at OnlyOffice to provide office-like functionality in a secure cloud based editing environment, enabling as many editors as needed to work on the same content at the same time. Our tool does not restrict to only two editors as some of the other tools on the market but still allows editing to function the same as if were a non-encrypted document.
Organizations have told us that there's a desire to enable a broader use of encryption tools to secure their most sensitive content but there are too many productivity barriers like the traditional single editor restriction found in so many encryption products on the market.
