Following a big first day at RSA Conference, here at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, the SC Trust Awards were held yesterday evening at the SC’s Awards Gala at the InterContinental. We're excited to share that Digital Guardian's Data Protection Platform won the award for the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Solution at the ceremony!
The SC Awards are held twice a year, at the RSA Conference in San Francisco, and again, during Infosecurity Europe in June. The Trust Awards in particular honor information security products and services across the industry. According to SC Magazine, jurors looked at cybersecurity solutions, the problems and their market penetration, functionality, manageability, ease of use, scalability, customer service/support and more.
Finalists for the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) category included:

- Digital Guardian for Digital Guardian Data Protection Platform
- Fidelis Cybersecurity for Fidelis Network
- Proofpoint for Proofpoint Information Protection
- SecurEnvoy for SecurEnvoy
We’re honored that for the second time in the last year, judges were able to able to recognize the value in Digital Guardian's data protection platform, a solution that secures more than 4.5 million endpoints across 50 countries worldwide and can discover, classify and track data movement across PCs, servers and the cloud. Last year, at Infosec Europe, our Data Protection Platform won the SC Award for Best Data Leakage Prevention. This year's entries were reviewed and scored by two panels of jurors including cybersecurity experts, including former CISOs and vendor neutral consultants. According to SC Magazine, after averages for each category are tallied, finalists and winners are decided.
