If you haven’t heard yet, we’re excited to share the news: Our Data Protection Platform got some more recognition this week: we were named a Trust Award winner in the "Best Data Leakage Prevention Solution" category as part of SC Media's 2021 SC Awards!
We’re especially gracious that it’s our first repeat win; we also won last year when the SC Awards were held in person at the RSA Conference in San Francisco. There's no denying that things are different now but that doesn't detract from this year's win. If anything, it's further proof that Digital Guardian continues to innovate around DLP and set ourselves apart from the rest of pack.
The Trust Awards, held annually by SC Media, highlights the best in show when it comes to information security products and services like email security, threat intelligence, and of course, data loss prevention.
For this year's awards, judges had their hands full with almost 600 entries across 41 categories to evaluate. Judges looked at the solutions themselves, the problems and their market penetration, functionality, manageability, ease of use, scalability, customer service/support and more.
Like last year, it’s clear the judges saw the immense value in our Data Protection Platform, a SaaS-based solution that allows organizations to protect their most sensitive data and IP wherever it resides, on the endpoint or in the cloud.
The win comes on the heels of our launch of the first DLP-as-a-service solution designed to improve the security posture of midmarket organizations, shortly after our extension of endpoint DLP to collaboration apps like Microsoft Teams, Skype, Slack, and Zoom, and following significant enhacments to our relationship with Amazon Web Services.
