DIGITAL GUARDIAN SUPPORT

Digital Guardian offers an early access program. Customers that are accepted into this program get to test a beta DG agent in their environment.

Semi-Annual Releases

Digital Guardian will provide support for new semi-annual versions of Windows 10 no later than 45 days after release by Microsoft.

Digital Guardian will provide Standard Support for Windows 10 semi-annual versions aligned with the Microsoft 18-month service model. DG Standard Support will end when the 18-month period is reached.

Windows 10 Versions

Digital Guardian supports Windows 10 Pro and Enterprise Editions (32 bit and 64 bit) in the 7.x series of the agent.

Long Term Servicing Branch

Digital Guardian will provide Standard Support for the most recent Windows 10 LTSB (Long Term Servicing Branch) aligned with Microsoft Standard Support for that branch.

As of Q1 2018, the most recent LTSB version is Windows 10 Redstone 1 Version 1607 (OS build 14393).

Digital Guardian will provide Standard Support for Windows 10 Redstone 1 Version 1607 (OS build 14393) until either October 13th 2020 or 12 months after a new LTSB is announced by Microsoft (whichever comes earlier).

Windows 10 Releases Not Supported

Starting in DG Agent for Windows v7.5, Windows 10 v1507 and v1511 will no longer be supported.
