Why Are We Using Digital Guardian Secure Collaboration?

Digital Guardian Secure Collaboration helps an organization control who can do what with the organization’s files. Digital Guardian Secure Collaboration does three main things:

  • Encrypts the file so that no one can access it without a key
  • Sets limits for what someone can do with a file (as in view or edit)
  • Tracks secure files
